Yay Cereal!!

Here are some pictures from Ainsley's first meal of cereal. She made some pretty funny faces but managed to eat a few bites. She's looking great in her highchair..she's so advanced.

Ainsley's 4 month doctor appointment

We took Ainsley to her 4 month doctor appointment this morning and we are very happy to report that she is doing very well! The doc was very happy with her height and weight as well as with her head control.

She's now in the 70th percentile for weight (up from the 50th percentile), the 90th percentile for height (down from the 95th percentile) and the 47th percentile for head circumference (up from the 25th percentile).

The doctor thinks that she has a while before she gets her first tooth - even though she's been drooling like a champ. He's given us the go-ahead for giving her rice cereal. We put her high-chair together today so we are ready to go for the first feeding tomorrow! We can't wait to see her facial expression when she tries it! He said once she gets comfortable with being spoon fed we can start giving her vegetables. The fun is just beginning!

Ainsley got 4 shots today and a oral vaccination and was a trooper...not a very happy trooper but a trooper none the less.

My 4 month birthday

Here's my cute little outfit that I wore to my 4 month birthday dinner. My mommy and daddy thought that I would behave since I slept to 11 today and guess what...I did! My mommy decided to put a cute little clip in my hair (what's left of it) since everyone was calling me a little boy!
