Ainsley at the indoor gym

With the weather still way too hot to play outside, we've been checking out some of the indoor play options around town. Today we checked out the Chandler indoor play gym. Both of us are very excited for the weather to get a little more reasonable so we can play outside. Here are some pictures from today...

Ainsley's first dentist appointment

Today was a day of firsts and lasts.... Ainsley had her first dentist appt today and it went as well as could be expected. She has both her molars and her canines coming in right now so the next few weeks should be a little uncomfortable for her. The dentist said that the teeth she does have look great and her brushing habits are exactly what they ask for at this age. This was all very good to hear!

Today was also the last day for her Rolly Polly class. She made her teacher cry when she said "bye-bye" and gave her a kiss. We will really miss that place! We've decided to put her back in swimming lessons so she starts up again next Tuesday.

Here are some pictures taken today.

And so it begins...

I went to do laundry last night and look what I found in my washing machine! Apparently Ainsley thought her dolly needed a bath. I think the time has come to hide anything we don't want to find 6 months from now at the bottom of her toy box.

Ainsley had her 15 month doctor appointment today and I am happy to report that she is perfectly healthy. She weighs 20.14 lbs (20th percentile) and is 31.25 inches (88th percentile). She even said "Hi!" to the doctor when he walked in which made his day because (according to him) no one is excited to see him. She received two shots today..one in her leg and one in her arm. We were glad that we had the nurse who is a rockstar with the shots and they were over before Ainsley knew what hit her. We had a few tears but they stopped as soon as I could pick her up. She even made the nurse feel better by giving her a high-five and waving bye to her when she was finished. What a tough girl!

Smiley girl

I know these shots are very similar, but I couldn't decide which to post so I posted them all :) They all made me smile!
